Wisconsin born and raised, James later attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where he pursued degrees in Interior Architecture and Communication Studies. Throughout college, James explored internships and worked with HGTV's "Decorating Cents," where he worked with the designers and producers to create the final two episodes of the series. Following that, he spent a summer in New York City interning with Jonathan Adler where James worked on high-end residential design projects. James currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona where he got his first taste of real world design (and real estate) by helping create a profitable portfoilo of over 60 residential rental properties in Arizona and California. James and his business partner helped to make it happen by sourcing the properties, acquistion, low cost re-designs, renting them, and managaging them as well. In the process of doing these rentals, James start flipping and that brings us to today. In the last five years, James and his team have flipped over 50 homes with resale prices ranging from $100k - $1.4m. Together, they work to turn houses into homes. Throughout all of this, James became a Realtor to help merge his experiences with real estate and skills with design. He and his team help sellers by designing and staging their homes for resale to achieve top dollar. Looking to buy?
