Welcome! I am Shelley Kollas, owner of Inspired Dwellings. I started my company to help you create a beautiful space that you love to live in. Designing spaces has always been a passion for me. Even as a young girl, I would rearrange my doll house and bedroom over again to create a place of inspiration and welcoming beauty. My sweet grandmother told me "you will be a designer someday", and she was right. Visualizing the potential and then pulling it together is what I want to share with you. The desire to update a home can be both overwhelming and seemingly costly. Quite honestly, we want to keep what makes a home "our" home while staying fresh and current. Photos, memorabilia, or artwork woven into to threads of design that create spaces that reflect you - is what I do. My intention is to help you keep the things you love, while bringing in new design elements that update and enhance your space. This is not only a more economical approach, but also keeps in mind what is most meaningful.
