For 15 years Holley has been working in the design field and loving every minute of it. Prior to creating Idea Design in 2008, she was a partner in a highly successful and award winning design firm, IQP, div. of Macallister Group Architects, which focused exclusively on model homes and clubhouses for builders and country clubs. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Marketing and Communications, and more recently pursued a Masters Degree in Interior Design at Philadelphia University. Holley is actively involved in the IFDA, International Furnishings and Design Association. She is currently the Secretary of the local chapter of the PWB, Professional Women in Building, and holds committee positions in the HBA, Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Personally, she is a mom to two teenagers and loves the outdoors, playing golf and tennis, and enjoying the beach in Ocean City, NJ as often as possible.
