Since 1998, hudsonblau has been helping people imagine and create functional, comfortable, stylish living spaces. Known for our approachability, love of color and texture and interesting mix of styles, hudsonblau brings to the design a dose of vibrant but relaxed, efficient fun. Involved in design projects in the New York City, Westchester and Fairfield County areas, hudsonblau has also participated in numerous fundraisers and designer showhouses such as PINKAID and Ridgefield Guild of Artists and was chosen to help the Westport ANTHROPOLOGIE launch its "Decorator Shop". ? After graduating with a Marketing Management degree from the University of Alabama, moving to NYC and working in the advertising industry, principal Maggie Hudson Blau graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Interior Design. She interned at Christie's and Michael Friedes Associates in NY before opening hudsonblau. Her professional credentials also include an Antique Appraisal Certificate from New York University and allied membership in the American Society of Interior Designers. ?
