Here, he makes dreams a reality introducing refined desert living to clients of international renown. Though ever discriminating, Kaveh declines to name-drop, preferring to let his work speak for itself. “I love what I do, but I need to know you before I'll work with you. I approach people with honesty, I help them discover what style or era they see themselves living in. I want my clients to be pleased at the end of the day they stay, I leave”. Almost everything from fabrication of countertops, to designing the furniture, upholstering and the creation of fabrics is done at the facility by Kaveh and a team of professionals. Prior to the selection of design materials, there a three-step program that introduces his firm to prospective clients. Plan “A” consists of two-hour home visit and evaluation. If designs and plans are approved the fee is applied toward the situation at hand. Plan “B” entails a three-hour home visit into board-mounted renderings. If the decision is made to move forward, half the fee goes into the project while the other half is retained for design purposes. Plan “C” the client is provided with all the design concepts at which time this becomes part of the retainer system which works to keep both the designer and customer on the same page. A percentage of the total job becomes a retainer, as the retainer diminishes is replenished by the client until the job is complete. Kaveh is also known for designing and customizing automobiles and motorcycles. He and his wife Lisa, who shares his love of bikes, are involved in many charitable fund-raising rides throughout Southern California. “Along with my wife, my kids, and my granddaughter, cars are my passion.” says Kaveh, who has been known to own as many as a dozen cars and almost as many show bikes at one time.
