Denise Froehlich has been a fine art photographer and designer for more than 20 years. Her photographs can be found in New England museums and academic institutions as well as in many private collections throughout the country. She is also one of the co- founders and directors at the Maine Museum of Photographic Arts. Additionally, Froehlich is a professor of art and has taught at numerous academic institutions including Bates College, Maine College of Art, College of the Atlantic and the University of New England all in Maine, and New England School of Art and Design/Suffolk in Boston Massachusetts. She lives with her daughter Zoë in Kennebunkport and Portland Maine.
