Over the past 17 years, David Desmond has designed the interiors of several of the world’s most iconic estate properties. His work includes repeat collaborations with noted architects on such projects as a late 1950s Miesian glass house on Honolulu’s Maunalua Bay, an 18th-century style French château and gardens atop an 18-acre promontory overlooking San Francisco Bay, a white brick Colonial Revival house on Sunset Boulevard in Brentwood, and a concrete and glass beach house in Southern California inspired by Donald Judd’s minimalist sculpture.
