Paula Hamel Daher Principal Always creative and never happy unless she is toiling in some form of design, her bachelor's degree in business was critical to growing her firm but her foundation studying design on a masters level rounded out all the necessary elements to launch a successful design firm. Begun in 1995 the firm has grown, weathered economic cycles and succeeded by providing comprehensive design plans, with a clear, focused design approach. We allow no detail to be left behind. As the firm's principal creative director, Paula's combination of study, work experience and frequent international travel, gives solid foundation and strategy to the firm's many projects. She is used to a fast paced, small company environment where everyone chips in to get things done and truly enjoys the company's creative and vibrant atmosphere. When Jennifer's not trying to master the perfect serve and volley on the courts, she is home with her husband, teenage daughters and faithful dog planning their next vacation get-away. Ryan Donnelly Design Director With over 10 years of design industry experience, Ryan brings a diverse and unique background to the firm. As General Manager of Webster & Company for over 6 years, Ryan worked with many of the finest furniture, lighting, and textile manufacturers in the world. He also worked closely with other top interior design and architectural firms in New England on a wide range of notable projects. Ryan's passion and love of design combined with his deep knowledge and creative skill set makes him a valuable asset to our Daher Interior Design team and clients. Outside of the office, Ryan and his husband Michael enjoy traveling the world exploring new sources of inspiration. Virginia Seherr-Thoss Project Designer Virginia Seherr-Thoss is an experienced and innovative interior designer focused on the needs of her clients. She has earned her B.S. degree in interior design from The New England Institute of Art and her B.A. in Fine Arts with a concentration in painting and color theory from New England College. Virginia has established her career at several high-profile New York and Massachusetts design firms and furniture groups. Interior design is not just a career for Virginia, it’s a passion. Outside of the office you can find Virginia watercolor painting, hiking the trails in the Berkshires with her French bulldog, skiing or bopping around Boston exploring new local artists. Nicole Stewart Project Designer Nicole’s passion for Interior Design comes from a creative background. Having received her B.S. Degree in Interior Design from Mt. Ida College’s Chamberlayne School of Design, she entered the field of Hospitality Design. There she developed a love for the technical drawing aspect of design and a fast paced work environment. Nicole embraces all opportunities with creativity & attention to detail. Constantly exploring the design scene for new and innovative ideas and materials, Nicole is also busy renovating her home, spending time with loved ones & traveling.
