1. Determine Client’s design preferences and requirements. 2. Conduct an initial scope of the project and define the needs and timeline for the client. 3. Provide samples and other materials that generally show the suggested interior design concept including fabrics, color palettes, wall coverings, floor coverings, lighting, window treatments, accessories and complete designs concept. 4. Preparation of layout drawings with the use of computer-aided design CAD Software. (All copies of CAD designs are properties of CIS and or available for purchase by client). 5. Subsequent appointments scheduled in a timely matter. 6. Oversee the purchase and installment of furnishings, lighting, hardware, window treatments & accessories.
