I moved to San Francisco from Colorado in 2006 to study Interior Design and Sustainable Design at UC Berkeley Extension. Throughout my years here I've gone on numerous dates with professional men–dates that often became lackluster after I saw their homes. I assumed I was just being a picky designer until I began talking with other women who shared similar stories of disappointment. I also talked to many men who ultimately admitted that they needed help. From there, the Bachelor Pad Designer was born: part interior design, part dating coach, with a sprinkling of personal styling advice as well. I bring wit and honesty into my work with an approachable personality and I am very sensitive to the individual needs of each client. If additional help is needed in particular areas beyond interior design, I can make recommendations for well-qualified professionals who can offer additional support. I love creative reuse, working with existing pieces when possible, and scouring flea markets for amazing and unique finds. When not obsessing over design, I enjoy exploring, aerial silks, hiking, yoga, argentine tango, and connecting with the many quirky, creative, innovative people in the bay area.
