Alexis grew up with her Mom, Chicago-based designer Christine Garrett Paschen, running a nationally recognized interior design firm, Garrett Paschen Ltd., out of her childhood home. Her memories include the smell of wallpaper samples, Saturday mornings watching ‘Style with Elsa Klensch', and long days exploring Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.
