David Liburd arrived in New York in 1988 from England. In England from 1984, he was employed as a picture framer in Leicester at a locally owned franchise then later in London at Blackman Harvey of Seven Dials, Covent Garden and John Jones of Essex Road the Angel of Islington. In New York for the first few years he continued to work as a picture framer in Brooklyn and Soho and began installing art in corporate offices, galleries, private institutions, city and state offices, schools and universities. After several years working for high end designer moving companies started his own company, catering to interior designers, architects and private collectors. Advanced Level Installations was established in 1998. David Liburd has over 25 years of experience in picture framing and art installation.
