At age seven, Walls of Wonder owner, Eve Fly was already attending private oil painting lessons in the home of a renowned local artist. Eve learned the art of oil painting using a turpentine wash then covering it with a layer of painterly brush strokes. Her love of this wash technique lead her to the study of watercolors, which is evident in her Complex Faux Wall Finishing techniques and Murals. After attending studio courses in faux finishing, Eve became a certified Faux Finisher. Combing all this experience and knowledge, Eve uses many mediums to create breathtaking Color Faux Finishes on Walls and Murals using a method that is hers alone.
