Two months after moving in across the street from each other Abe & I, Marley, tied the knot at city hall (shocking our families while friends placed bets on the outcome of the coming months/years) AND we simultaneously started a house-flipping business. Our focus was on modernizing and customizing historic homes in Boise downtown neighborhoods. We did this for several successful years while managing to raise a tweenager, have two babies, and move seven times. We were busy. The experience of improving homes was incredibly rewarding. We loved the adventure, creativity and excitement that came along with it — But we desired more. One property at a time wasn’t enough. We found ourselves bored with the routine. While working hard on our renovations we often daydreamed about risking it all to venture into uncharted waters. Our passion for unique design, personalized spaces, and human connection eventually mingled into one clear vision. The plan: To help others discover their distinct design style with fearlessness and ease. The platform: A unique and eclectic furniture boutique.
