Randall Lofton Brown studied at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee where he was a part of the West Tennessee Designer Showhouse. He spent 25 years in Memphis where he was a retail buyer for the John Simmons stores. John Simmons was a Memphis based gift shop which carried home accessories, tabletop and trendy merchandise. At one time there were 60 stores in the United States. He also worked with their wholesale division, Carnevale, where he worked in product development and sales. Randall worked with Goldsmiths Department Stores where he was the Ralph Lauren Home specialist overseeing their tabletop, home accessory, bedding and furniture lines. His work has been featured in The Commercial Appeal, RSVP Magazine and The Memphis Flyer.
