Danita O.Hinton, Owner and Interior Designer Born in rural Idaho I developed a love for space and textures very early in childhood. I have always loved sketching, design and creating – so interior design was a beautiful discovery for me. I chose The Art Institute of Phoenix for my bachelor’s degree. While still attending school, I began working for a Scottsdale design firm where I developed the company’s CAD (Computer-Aided Design) standards. In the following years, my experience broadened while working in the high-end residential and hospitality design markets. In 2005, I joined a custom home builder and put my technical and design experience to work. It was here that I learned the details of making design that is “buildable”. In 2009, I formed my own interior design studio in Mesa, Arizona called Otti Art. After moving to Utah in 2013 my long awaited desire to change my business to Ottilie Interior Design only seemed natural. I have been involved in many exciting projects that cover many different styles and fields of interior design throughout the southwest. This includes work on residential, commercial, retail and hospitality spaces; old-world, traditional, and modern styling. I appreciate all types and forms of the interior space and am excited to work with you on developing yours. So, no matter where you or your projects are located they all receive the same focus, determination, and creativity required to provide great design solutions at an affordable price.
