Nancy Serafini has been a member of the New England Design Community since 1975 . She has received several prestigious awards for her work but her most esteemed was her recent induction into the New England Design Hall of Fame in November 2011. She sees her job not only as a designer but also an interpreter. Her goal is to translate her clients' dreams into reality with well functioning homes that are true reflections of their own personal tastes and styles. Nancy's own style is relaxed, comfortable and elegant at the same time. Her interiors are punctuated with color and a sense of whimsy. Her love of tradition is mixed with her appreciation of fine contemporary furniture that is apparent in her work with richly textured and patterned fabrics. Adding antiques, artwork and other decorative elements create warm and gracious interiors. Nancy is dedicated to the hunt for unique items that make a house a home. Books, plants and family photos all have a prominent place in her interiors.
