How Our Turnkey Model Program Works To begin the process, Model55 will send a local Interior Design Consultant (IDC) out for an in-person premeasure. From there, we will work with everyone from the corporate to community level to ensure your custom, all-in-one model is designed with your current and ideal residents in mind. After your one-time delivery, the local IDC will return to your community to provide a complete, professional white glove installation. This includes everything from hanging draperies and art, to fluffing pillows and making beds.
