Born and raised in the “Carpet Capitol of the World”, Dalton, Georgia, Margaret Long developed a keen appreciation for textiles in her surroundings. Her love for color and design led her to the University of Georgia to pursue a B.S. in Furnishings and Interiors. Margaret began her career in London, England working for the prestigious interior design firm Austin Interiors and Architecture. Moving back to the states, Margaret took a job in Birmingham, Alabama, where she worked for Southern Living Magazine in the Homes Editorial Department. Eventually migrating back to Georgia, Margaret truly found her home in both Atlanta and interior design.
