When I was growing up, I was definitely the type to stay up all night rearranging my room and organizing my drawers. So when it came time to go to college, interior design was what I knew I wanted to pursue. In the fall of 2009, I began my freshman year at Louisiana State University, Geaux Tigers! I spent the next 5 years pulling too many all-nighters and practically living at my studio. I did multiple internships in Houston, and had the most amazing summer of my life interning in Barcelona, Spain. All of my hard work paid off when I got my dream job before even graduating in 2014. Pretty soon after, I moved to Chicago and began working as a Project Assistant for Alessandra Branca. Unfortunately, the weather in the windy city was too cold for a nice southern girl like me, and there's just something about Texas that always brings me back. So I packed up my things and moved everything to Austin. It's great being back home in Texas, and I thank my lucky stars everyday.
