He opened Cornett Construction in 1986 and continued custom homebuilding and remodeling in Puget Sound. In the 90's he assembled a staff of design and construction veterans who would be the cornerstone of Estate Homes for next ten-plus years. Currently, Estate Homes is an industry-respected design-build firm with a long list of happy customers.
