I’ll collaborate with architects and contractors to make sure everything from floor plans to fixtures fits the way you want to live. Basic plan: In-house one-hour consultation. $200 I will come check out your house and give you ideas of what to purchase, where to purchase and how to decorate the area and while I'm doing so, you will need to take note of all those fabulous ideas I'll be given. Worry-free plan: SbR (Service by room) plan: Basically, you share with me which room/area you would like my help. I gather your ideas and desires, as well as draw out a plan of what needs to purchase, change or keep with one-stop service. This is basically the most hassle-free and effective plan as I will go purchase the furniture for you with my trading program discount based on your budget. This services also include arranging contractor or handyman if needed. It's a one-stop service which you don't have to worry about going places to purchase furniture and contacting different quotes from various contractors. This services also help you coordinate to resale your furniture if needed.
