Jill M. Herman Associate Member, ASID From as far back as I can remember I have been fascinated by the effect that my surroundings have on my daily life. As a child I remodeled my bedroom every couple of years, changing the floor plan, paint color, and accessories. I recognized then that I was able to create a calm environment for myself; this discovery continues to fuel my life. I studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Design beautiful yet functional custom spaces that reflect their lifestyle From there had the opportunity to quickly emerge myself into a wide range of interior design projects while working at Ethan Allen. I have been submerged in the Interior Design industry for 13 years. I believe our homes are where we recharge ourselves and connect with those we love. I walk into every client project with this understanding and strive to design beautiful yet functional custom spaces that reflect their lifestyle.
