LAURA V. QUINN | interior designer Owner of Happyroost, a boutique design studio, Laura Quinn believes one's home (or roost) should be a reflection of the families that dwell within. Mindful of her clients' dreams and wallets, Quinn creates happy spaces for happy people. ??Passion At the age of four she wanted to paint her bedroom "fire-engine red." By the fifth grade she had built playhouses all over the neighborhood and by junior high had designed an entire community of houses for her friends. Quinn is also familiar with the applications behind the designs. Working for her father's remodeling business throughout high school she learned about everything from electrical wiring, drywall hanging & kitchen installation. ?Education Laura Quinn attended Kent State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design in 2008. ?Experience Quinn has been creating beautiful interiors in the Dayton Region since 2006. ?Life Quinn lives in Kettering, Ohio in a bright spankin' red bungalow (of which her four year old self would be very proud), with her husband and their two dogs; Pete and Alfie. She enjoys painting, Simon & Garfunkle, and margaritas.
