Tasked with combining leasing offices for three residential properties within one central space, we engaged in challenging space planning and strategic material selection. Glass panels were designed to partition offices creating a more spacious feel for a staff of seven. To lessen sound transfer in this open space, acoustical panels and clouds were installed in each office. Rich earth tones and luxurious finishes adorn the welcoming lobby where potential residents inquire about leasing a new home. We designed a functional work space to accommodate a busy staff while not compromising on style and comfort.
