Karin Pardella is a certified Interior Designer with over 20 years’ experience in the design industry, and is an active member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA.) Karin started her design career at the age of 11 when her mom took her to the Waverly Home store and gave her an opportunity to decorate her bedroom. In high school, she was accepted to the Junior Interior Designer Program at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM). Prior to her high school graduation she entered the FIDM National Scholarship Competition where her “creativity, thoughtfulness, presentation, and promise” gained her first place as an “Interior Designer of Tomorrow”. With Karin’s win, and her full year scholarship to FIDM, she extended both her education and training at The Academy of Art University where she obtained her BFA in Interior Design.
