Fariba Haiem has a degree in interior design from highly prestigious UCLA extension’s professional Master’s degree program in interior architecture. She gained her experience as a designer with some of the best architects and interior designers specializing in residential, healthcare, commercial, retail and restaurant design for over seven years where she utilized her creativity and business knowledge simultaneously. Her expertise spans the design spectrum. She has a bachelors degree in graphic design with a minor in web design and she is an avid ceramic tile artist. Her hand decorated line of tiles and murals have been featured in many commercial and residential projects nationwide. Fariba is a LEED Accredited professional and a member of American Society of Interior Designers. LEED® is an internationally recognized green building certification system. Accredited professionals implement the principles of green or sustainable design in the construction of buildings as well as using materials and finishes which promote healthy living. She loves sharing her knowledge of green design with her clients. A beautiful, functional environment does more than look good. It feels good, too. It calms the mind, lifts the spirit and improves the way we live. Fariba's passion for interior design is reflected in the end result of her projects and her client's delight. Her vibrant designs emerge from the architecture of the home and the lifestyle of each client. She is charged with creative energy and she has the ability and intuition to see a space transformed. Our “stuff” tells a story about what inspires us, what we value, how we look at life, where we’ve been, where we’re going…it’s our humble little stamp on the world. She enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level, it’s important that the design reflects their personal style. This approach enables her clients to immediately feel at home. Fariba currently lives in Pacific Palisades and enjoys spending time with her husband and her children. She volunteers her time to promote ASID, American Society of Interior Designers and to raise funds for Amanda Foundation, a charitable organization to rescue dogs and cats.
