Born and raised a city girl, my world almost came to an end when my parents decided to move to the suburbs in my early teens. In return for moving to the country, I requested a new bedroom set to seal the deal. What did I pick? Custom made, two toned high gloss formica of course! What? It was the early 90’s and it was cool.
