Carol Smits has been involved in the world of Art and Design for over 20 years. She started her career in business management, but during this time, Carol was also working towards a degree in Interior Design. Once she finished her degree, Carol started her own design business along with her husband Dennis. Now, "Designs of the Times" specializes in custom windows, specialty technique painting, murals, floor plans, accessories, fine art and portraits. Today Carol has gone back to her educational roots and is now an instructor of Window Treatment Design at F.V.T.C.
