Acting as a first line resource to the order desk, she ensures orders are placed correctly and that issues are resolved promptly and effectively. In addition, she oversees large designer projects, coordinating order placement and tracking across all departments. Her goal, along with the rest of the team, is to provide outstanding customer service and to provide you, our customers, with the best possible buying experience. Elizabeth earned her degree in Interior Design at Palomar in 2012 and has been with Design Alliance for six years.
