DISTRICT DESIGN is a dynamic architecture and interiors firm located in DC's U Street corridor. We are first and foremost designers, but we are also practical and adept at handling the complexities of building and entitling projects in the Washington, DC region. We routinely work with the HPO staff and have successfully represented numerous clients before the HPRB (Historic Preservation Review Board). We have helped clients obtain successful outcomes in variance cases (BZA), and worked with DDOT on complicated issues involving unusual sites.
