I've been an interior designer for almost 25 years working on every aspect of interior and exterior improvements. While I focus on homes, I have also created some wonderful commercial spaces including an award winning elementary school. Of course I address my clients' needs in the areas for color and furnishings, but I also have tremendous experience in home remodeling. My ability to stay organized and my attention to detail allows me to be a successful project manager. As a designer, I have established great relationships with my suppliers and contractors. I have lots of wonderful resources for fabric, furnishings including custom furniture and rugs, window treatments, carpeting and flooring options, fine art, lighting, plumbing fixtures and hardware. I pride myself in being a good listener and observer to fully understand my client's needs and taste and respond to them. I see my role as educator, researcher and coordinator. Although I've been told that I have great taste, As a designer, I am not here to tell my clients what they should love, I am here to make sure everything works together. My goal is to make sure the space functions in a way that makes everyday life easier while creating a place where my clients feel at peace.
