Claudia has over 20 years experience working in the real estate community. Her experience spans all facets of the industry, from resort real estate (whole, fractional and timeshare ownership) to retail spaces to urban mixed-use projects to suburban master-planned communities and international developments. Prior to founding Creative License, Claudia led the efforts of two companies providing international retail, sales and restaurant environments. She has concepted, designed and overseen the creative development of over 350 interactive, educational, leisure-oriented and sales spaces in more than 20 countries. With an education in both Fine Art and Interior Design, Claudia has the rare distinction of being a designer who not only holds a real estate license, but who has actually sold both resort and fractional real estate. As a result, she brings a highly strategic approach to the planning and execution of all of her projects. All of the tools Claudia develops are immediately beneficial to a sales team, assisting in storytelling, changing perceptions, creating value and ultimately, producing sales.
