Did you ever play M.A.S.H. as a child? The words mansion, apartment, shack and house may vary in size, location and luxury, but the one thing they have in common is the word: home. “Home,” as defined by Merriam-Webster, is one’s place of residence. To be “at home” is defined to be relaxed, comfortable and at ease. In every living area created at cassie adams designs, be it large or small, the goal is for the client to feel at home when they walk across the threshold of their new space. A client recently informed me that in reviving her living room, her goal had been to “have a space that was hers, a spot she’d never want to leave.” And we’d done just that.
