Bungalow Modern began with a passion for the design and restoration of a bygone era. The challenge of lead designer, Bret Iwan's own Pasadena bungalow restoration, combined with his visual arts background, gave way to a design studio which salutes the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unique aesthetic of the past.
