B Moore Design, Inc. is owned and operated by Barbara R. Moore, ASID, licensed Interior Designer in the State of New York, who has been practicing since 1996 creating exceptional interiors for a broad base of clients. Barbara’s career began in Pittsburgh, PA at The Design Alliance specializing in corporate design, leading to an interior design position at Perkins Eastman Architects in Pittsburgh and subsequently New York City specializing in healthcare design. As a Senior Interior Designer, she then transferred to Janson Design Group, focusing on corporate and production studio facilities. In February 2002, Barbara branched out on her own and B Moore Design, Inc. was launched as a flourishing interior design business. In May 2007, the Company celebrated the grand opening of their new studio and showroom facility. As well, as creating a TV presence with NBC Universal Studios, Barbara continues to complete various design shows with the network. Barbara’s attention to detail creates residential, corporate, post-production and healthcare environments elegant in both form and function. Her timeless sensibility blends transitional and contemporary elements, creating well designed, comfortable spaces. Her mission is to create harmonious environments in which the client can work, live, love, and laugh.
