Alice started her company, An Inside Job, 21 years ago and believes discovering her client's wants and needs is key to the success of her business. Alice often includes a "feel good" piece in her designs; something that her clients remark makes them smile every time they see it. She enjoys the creativity and variety of design and her dedication to the process helps form lasting relationships with her clients. She continues to inform herself through continuing education while staying current with styles and performances of the latest products. The design and remodel of a house or office can be a stressful process, but Alice works with other Austin artisans and contractors who share her attention to detail and professionalism to make the process an exciting and rewarding experience.
