Growing up in a family of Realtors sparked Amity’s passion for interior design. She began her professional career in 2008, working with Kinsey Interiors while studying Interior Design & Architecture at The Art Institute of Austin, TX. In 2011 she fulfilled her dream by launching 918 Interiors. Since then Amity has worked with a multitude of clients creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces in and around Metro Tulsa. With extensive knowledge in products, materials and hands on know-how, Amity brings her clients vision to life by combining the latest design trends with classic implementations achieving timeless living spaces. She describes her personal aesthetic taste as Moroccan-Bohemian, but enjoys working with all types of design styles from traditional to contemporary. Extremely passionate about Dog Rescue, Amity is also the owner of a local rescue group, Helpless Hounds Dog Rescue. Throughout the years she has volunteered with multiple rescue organizations including Helping Hands Basset Rescue and The Georgetown Animal Shelter to find homes for these wonderful dogs.
